Studio Policies
Booking & Cancellations
All class bookings and cancellations are completed through your online account. Clients can visit the schedule, select their class, and manage their bookings directly through the booking system.
4-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled class.
Members
• Cancel more than 4 hours before class: No charge.
• Cancel within 4 hours of class: $15 late cancellation fee.
• No-show (do not attend and do not cancel): $20 no-show fee.
Class Pack & Drop-In Clients
• Cancel more than 4 hours before class: Your class credit is returned to your account.
• Cancel within 4 hours of class: Your class credit is forfeited.
• No-show: Your class credit is forfeited.
Arrival Policy
To ensure classes begin on time and provide the best experience for everyone, we ask that clients arrive at least 5 minutes before class, with 10–15 minutes early being ideal, especially for first-time clients.
Our studio doors are locked promptly at the scheduled class start time, and late entry is not guaranteed.
Late Arrival Grace Period
If you are running late, please call the studio. While calling does not guarantee entry, if a staff member is available and you are only 1–2 minutes away, we may be able to accommodate you.
Clients arriving more than 2 minutes after class begins, or who do not contact the studio, will not be permitted to join the class. This policy is in place for both safety and to avoid disrupting the class experience.
Reformer Class Requirements
Grip Socks
Grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer classes for safety and hygiene.
Clients are welcome to bring their own grip socks or purchase a pair directly from the studio.
Hair Policy
For all Reformer classes, clients with long hair are required to have their hair tied back. This is for safety purposes while using the equipment.
Instructors may ask clients to put their hair up before class begins if needed.
Class Pack & Credit Expirations
All class packs, promotional credits, and introductory offers include an expiration date.
The expiry date is displayed at the time of purchase and can also be viewed within your online account.
• Credits must be used before their expiration date.
• Expired credits are not automatically extended or reactivated.
• Introductory offers are designed to help new clients experience the studio consistently within the stated promotional period.
• Please ensure you use your credits before they expire, as extensions are not guaranteed and are handled at the studio’s discretion.
Membership Pauses, Freezes & Cancellations
Pausing or Freezing Your Membership
Membership pauses and freezes must be requested in-studio or by email to mailto:kristincarnegie@mondaysstudio.com. Requests are not accepted through text or phone.
Pausing or freezing your membership allows you to keep your current membership rate. If you cancel and decide to rejoin in the future, your membership may be subject to current pricing.
Pause/Freeze Requirements
• Minimum pause/freeze duration: 2 weeks
• Requests must include your full name, membership details, start date, and return/reactivation date.
• Pauses under 4 weeks are considered a pause.
• Freezes of 4+ weeks are considered a freeze.
Cancelling Your Membership
Membership cancellations must be completed in-studio or by email to mailto:kristincarnegie@mondaysstudio.com.
For recurring memberships, a minimum of 14 days’ notice before your next billing date is required. If less notice is provided, your next payment may still be processed.
All membership payments are non-refundable.
These policies help ensure fairness and consistency for all members.
General Studio Etiquette
• Please silence your phone before entering class.
• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Be respectful of fellow clients, instructors, and staff.
• Return equipment to its proper place after class.
• If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and attend another class when you are feeling better.
